The apartment is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Cologne, the "Belgian Quarter" right by the city garden. Due to the direct parking location and the location of the apartment in the courtyard, it is absolutely quiet here. Free, reserved parking is available right in front of the private, separate entrance. The apartment is spacious, has extra-high ceilings and is modernly furnished. The neighborhood offers a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. – all in the immediate vicinity.

The Heidweiher is a natural lake swimming pool with a small beach, gastronomy and beer garden (please note rest days) within walking distance in a few minutes.
