Our house is located in the center of the medieval town of Tagliolo Monferrato surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera can be reached in 30 minutes by car. For wine lovers, Barolo & Langhe is famous for commute. The old port of Genoa (Genova) by car takes about 50 minutes by car. Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. (20m from the house) Free parking by the house on the street or nearby in the parking lot.

It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large, fully fenced garden. It is an oasis of peace where you can enjoy moments of serenity and relaxation. Upon request, you can use the outdoor kitchen to organize unforgettable barbecues and cook in a spectacular wood-burning oven.

Welcome to our late 19th century farmhouse “Basin d’Amor” where you can share your passion for this splendid land, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our house is located 10 minutes from the center of Asti, 30 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Relax and recharge in this oasis of quiet in the heart of Monferrato.

The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

Suitable for those who want to explore the Roero, Langhe & Monferrato hills, enjoy being in nature, walking or cycling. We are within 10mins of Govone Castle and 20-25 mins from the larger towns of Asti and Alba, where the famous international truffle fair is held. Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

Casa Clementina

Casa Clementina is located in Scurzolengo, in an ideal position for visiting Monferrato and the Langhe, and within an hour’s drive of Turin, Milan and Genoa. Located on the village's main street, it offers a garden, patio, terrace, hot tub, mosquito control system and a swimming pool with views of the surrounding hills, shared with our other two properties, Casa Verrua and Belavista. The free parking space and the EV charging station are completed for a fee.

Ristrutturata da poco, THECASETTA2 è una casa in pietra del 1860 immersa nel verde. Situata in posizione dominante (550 mt. sul livello del mare) si raggiunge tramite una strada non asfaltata appena rinnovata. In questo luogo magico non esiste nessun tipo di inquinamento acustico o luminoso, gode di una vista meravigliosa sulla valle Bormida. La piscina, leggermente più in alto rispetto la casa, in posizione super panoramica è davvero un luogo di grande relax

Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
