Monthly Rentals in Monona

I stayed at this apartment for 7 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is clean and has an excellent location (walking distance to the city center and the university campus). The kitchen has a lot of high quality equipment, which makes it pleasant to cook here. The only downside is that the sound insulation in the apartment is not great. This is not really an issue as it is a quiet neighborhood, but on two nights a week (Wednesdays and Sundays) a garbage truck collects the trash from right below the window at 3:30 am. Apart from that, my stay was exceptional.

The Airbnb was super cute! It was very clean and well-decorated. Kelly was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. We loved The Pink Acorn and enjoyed our time there!

Jake’s house was great! Super close to everything and a perfect for a short stay in Madison. The kids loved the deck and dock and all the wildlife that was around! Parking was a breeze.

Luke's house was clean, bright and decorated without feeling cluttered. We came for a running race, to help a friend. The location was very convenient getting to the race start and to other places in Madison. Luke was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions promptly. In fact he went out of his way to do so. We really enjoyed his house and would stay there again.
