Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Monroe County

We enjoyed it. I grew up camping in tents, motor homes and trailers, and this was the easiest stay I have ever experienced. Comfortable bed, directions for everything were clear and easy to follow. Surrounded by nature, it was easy to see the stars and the moon. A very welcome change from the malls and lights surrounding RIT. It was cold at night, and the heater worked perfectly. I enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen, knowing I could cook inside if I wished. Sandra was very welcoming to us and to our dog, and gave good recommendations for local restaurant options. We were able to have a fire in the fire pit, and really lucked out with the weather. Thanks for a very fun stay!! We hope to return in the spring!!

Thanks again Gregory, we enjoyed the stay and the studio apartment; it was very comfortable and super clean. The area is pretty nice especially west of the apartment. Imagine it would be a very busy area in summer. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would return and recommend to friends!

Carlos’s place was great. It was perfect for our family with two young kids as there were a lot of toys and fun activities in the house for the kids to play with. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend for young families visiting the Rochester area.

Necole and Wayne are the best. Felt very taken care of and at the same time had a secluded, peaceful spot all to myself. Felt it was more beautiful and larger than the pictures showed! Favorite things about my stay were the wonderful warm shower outside, the farm across the street which sold fresh vegetables, the attentiveness of the hosts and little visits from the cutest dog you'll ever meet

This place was great! We were only in town for two days, and busy with family activities, otherwise I would have spent the entire time in the soaking tub. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. I will be staying here for all my future LeRoy trips.

Had a great stay here. Charles was very welcoming and easy to work with and any questions I had he was quick to answer. Location is in a decent spot with lots of free entertainment around. Would book here again and would definitely recommend it!
