L'appartamento è situato in un'antica casa a corte realizzata in "ladiri" (mattoni di terra cruda) e permette di godere di uno spazio dedicato nel loggiato attrezzato. È possibile parcheggiare bici o moto nel cortile interno. La metro e l'autobus per Cagliari/Policlinico si fermano a pochi passi da casa. Il Poetto dista 8 km. Si tratta di una struttura che comprende 3 appartamenti indipendenti che si affacciano su un loggiato comune. In uno di questi abito con la mia famiglia.
