This cosy and authentic property can accommodate up to 4 guests and provides the perfect setting for a stay with family or friends, between the sea and the countryside. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook in comfort (oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), opening onto a cosy dining area. The cosy lounge, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, will allow you to unwind after your days of exploration. Outside, a pleasant terrace awaits you, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can enjoy the beautiful Breton evenings. Upstairs, the property has two bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed one bedroom with two single beds A bathroom with a shower completes the first floor. For your convenience, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, storage space, and facilities for children (travel cot, high chair, toys and books). Important information: Household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels) is not included in the booking. You will enjoy the shops on the main street, the diverse Saturday morning market and the breathtaking view of Mont-Dol over the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
