Completely renovated apartment, in Montaigu and enjoying the calm of a cul-de-sac. The apartment is very functional and pleasant, southwest facing. It is located ON THE GROUND FLOOR of my house but it is completely independent (independent entrance). It consists of an entrance and relaxation area, a beautiful bedroom with desk, a fully equipped kitchen (including multifunctional oven), and a bathroom. The internet connection is very high speed(fiber) Linens and towels are provided.
