The property is located on a 1000 m2 enclosed plot, itself surrounded by a 7000 m2 wooded plot. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Outdoor pool 4 m by 8 m. Sheets, towels for rent not included.

Accommodation in a peaceful setting, ideally located 5 min. by car from Puy du Fou and close to the village of Epesses. Sleeps up to 6 people, thanks to its two bedrooms with double beds and the sofa bed in the living room. Beautiful outside area with terrace. Private parking next to the accommodation. Bed linen and towels not provided but can be rented at 10 euros per person (1 set of sheets + 1 large and small towel). Wifi connection. Pets not allowed.

The "Le Coteau de la Vouraie" gîte is an old farmhouse of 150 m², renovated with exposed stones and beams.

Forest walks are within easy walking distance!
