Furnished studio adjoining our house but completely independent, rated 2 stars, 30 minutes from Le Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the beach. A double bed on the mezzanine. Separate entrance with living room, sofa bed with a real mattress for 2 people, and TV. A kitchen with a hob, sink, toaster, regular coffee maker, Senseo machine, microwave, mini oven and a table. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels provided. Fan and air conditioning. Quiet location.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
