We've had a spectacular week. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and complete. It is very well equipped that makes you feel at home. It's really recommended. Luckily this week we passed it didn't get so hot and with the fans it offers, it's very good! Thank you very much for everything We will surely repeat again.

The house is better than it seems in the pictures. We had a great few days with friends. Very good location for the greenway of Ojos Negros. Elisa was very helpful at all times. Highly recommended.

The house is very nice with shaded terrace and all the comforts you need. The cooler nights are very nice and make it possible to lower the temperature of the house. Access to the pool and sports fields is easy and sharing with neighbors goes very smoothly (we were often alone on weekdays). Ivan was a great host. If you are looking for an interesting and unusual place to stay in Valencia, Molino Real ticks all the boxes. Its design is on a grand scale. There cannot be many apartments that come with their own private rooftop swimming pool!

A super nice and spacious home. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the garden! The host was top notch and pleasant in communication. Very helpful, for example when we were allowed to drive to the supermarket on arrival.

We had a good time in the accommodation, everything was clean, tidy, with full equipment, both in the kitchen, bathrooms, rooms, etc. There is plenty of place to sleep for the people who are advised in the listing, in addition to a very quiet place to spend a few days with family or friends. The exceptional location, two or three minutes walk from the Mijares, the very large house, large garden, pool, the well-equipped house with everything you need. Very pleasant stay. We will definitely repeat.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alejandro’s beach house. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Right across from the beach and a close walk to the little village. With Valencia about 30 minutes away for day trips. Alejandro made us feel at home and even brought us oranges from his mother’s garden. Fantastic.

Impeccable accommodation, close bus stop to the city center or stadium. Heated pool a real plus. With a little more cooking utensils that would be perfect.

We spent a few days on a family vacation and we really recommend it 100%. The house was very clean, just as described and very well-equipped. You cross the street and there's the beach, a fairly quiet beach, ideal for relaxing. There are restaurants nearby that are very good value for money. And finally, a 10 for the hosts, very friendly and helpful. A real pleasure. If we return to the area, we'll definitely stay here again.

A nice and quiet place to rest and spend time with the family, the beach is next door with a nice walk.
