Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Cottage with garden and free breakfast

Between town and country, small 40 m² house, adjoining ours, with its small garden. Independent entrance, parking space in front. Everything is provided on site for your breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, juice, bread, butter, homemade jams) Baby equipment (bed, chair, bath). The sofa bed is an extra bed. The Little House of Grimpadou

Very small accommodation simply furnished for two in a small outbuilding, in the middle of the medieval city of Montcuq. It is attached to the owners' house, but it has a private entrance and direct access to the garden. Ideal for lovers of hiking, nature outings or old stones. The kitchen area is separated from the small living room. The bedroom is on the mezzanine and overlooks the living room. Bathroom under the bedroom. Warning: the hot tub has been removed.

Restored former farmhouse cottage

Lodge of about 50 m2 in an old restored farmhouse. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room, an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom (140 cm bed). The gite adjoins the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You may park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

Moulin à vent

Located in the heart of Quercy between Cahors and Montauban, it will offer you a romantic break or a pied-à-terre for a tourist stay. Restored while retaining its original soul (wings moving with the wind, stones and lime joints...) it consists of a small equipped kitchen, living room on the ground floor, bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor, and a bedroom on the 2nd floor. Outside, a terrace with table. Breakfast with farm products included for 1 night.

Rental for transit or short-term

Apartment located on the first floor of a private house, private access by an external staircase, I live on the ground floor, the ideal would be short-term rentals. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and all cooking utensils. Linens and towels provided. I added a small crib that can accommodate children up to 3 or 4 years old. Breakfast included (coffee, tea, orange juice, yogurts, pastries, butter, jam)

Countryside Dome

Come and stay in our 20 m2 dome in the heart of a Gers village. Located close to our house, not overlooked, you can walk around and discover colorful landscapes, hills, sunflower fields... For the lucky ones, on a clear day, you will have the chance to see the Pyrenees and at night you can fall asleep admiring the starry sky. Breakfast is included and packed lunches are available on request.
