Wifi, Smart Tv, Termostato autonomo, Aria condizionata, Cucina organizzata: Bollitore, Macchinetta Nespresso, Piano ad induzione, frigo privato, microonde, lavatrice. Il bagno ha doppio lavandino e una doccia molto ampia. La camera da letto può ospitare comodamente una coppia. il letto matrimoniale (160x190), appendi abiti, spazio di lavoro. Zona all'aperto per colazione.
