The bathroom offers a shower with endless hot water, a design stone basin supported by a wooden sculpture, and sanitary ware. It is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and towels. The modern design and cosy atmosphere make it more like a small contemporary studio than a traditional flat.

In each room you will find a tray with sealed portions of jams, Nutella, biscuits, rusks, coffee capsules and hot drinks to be consumed independently with the "Nescafè" machine, a kettle for tea and a plate for toast. For your complete autonomy during your stay, the room key is in the key box next to the door.

The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant building from the early 1900s and has been completely renovated in order to offer maximum comfort to guests for a pleasant stay. The air-conditioned room is very spacious, furnished with fine furniture and a comfortable double bed. The SMART TV is also equipped with a satellite antenna. The PRIVATE bathroom is very spacious outside the room.

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.
