Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

It is very close to Kotor Old Town, neighborhood is quite and safe. Parking space is covered our needs. Place was very clean and everything we need is provided by Nancy. Nancy’s son is so much helped us for our travel. We would like to thank them from here!

Teljesen megfelelt minden elvárásunknak. Nem találhattak volna jobb szállást 14 főre! Nagyszerű felosztás, ami biztosítja a magánszférát is. Mindennel felszerelt konyha, minimum 1 légkondícionáló minden szinten. A terasz árnyékos, így minden napszakban használható!

Fantastic location , with a fabulous view. Just a 15 minute walk to Old Town. Easy for us with the stairs down to the bay. Would be a challenge if you had mobility issues, but an easy walk down to the water. A great bakery just to the right at the bottom of the stairs. We really liked the restaurant Landovina, which is nearby.

Our vacation in this house was just fine! Everything was in accordance with the description and photos. The house retains the historic style of the house, yet everything inside is quite modern. The balcony truly has a great view and it was wonderful both morning and evening. People often took pictures of us having breakfast on the balcony, further proving the cool location and atmosphere of the house! The private parking lot at the house was a great advantage. Plus there is a small area in front of the house where you can sunbathe after swimming. The only disadvantages are the large number of cars that constantly drive right in front of the windows and the noise from which sometimes disturbs. In addition, in my opinion, the house allows to accommodate more guests, which would more justify the price. Despite this I highly recommend this house to all travelers, especially if you want to feel the real spirit of Montenegro.

We had the most wonderful 4 days at Jelena and Nikola’s beautiful place! The view is truly unbeatable and the house is extremely comfortable with a spacious kitchen and lounge, perfect for nights in, and light airy bedrooms with the stunning view of the bay. Jelena and Nikola were away during our stay but made check in very easy and were so good at staying in touch if we had any questions! None of our group had been to Montenegro before and staying in this house and experiencing Tivat and other local areas has made it one of our top European adventures! Cannot recommend it enough!

I definitely recommend the place, nice host, clean and nice room, and an incredible view from the terrace. The room is located in a quiet part, within the walls of the old town.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful villa. The villa itself was absolutely perfect for an extended family holiday (6 adults and 1 toddler), with plenty of space and an amazing outdoor area with stunning views. The cot and high chair provided for our toddler were of very good quality (including a thick comfortable mattress in the cot). We would recommend you have a car if staying here, as it is a great base to see many of the sights of Montenegro. Marijana was a brilliant host and her communication with us was excellent, even arranging clean towels and linen during our stay. Thank you for hosting our holiday!

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

**Review:** Book it! This place is a thousand times better than the photos! We stayed as a large family at Villa Infinity, and it was the most comfortable home out of the 50 bookings I've had on Airbnb. It truly feels like home! The kitchen is fully equipped with even the most unexpected items. There’s a wide variety of dishware, including plates for pasta, risotto, soups, and glasses for wine, cognac, whiskey, and champagne—everything you could possibly need. There’s a charcoal grill and a thoughtfully designed outdoor dining area. The villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Every sunrise and sunset at the villa is unique, with a million-dollar view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, ready to assist with any questions. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no microwave, which is essential for a family with a small child. Natasha, the host, went out of her way to buy and deliver one the very same day! I give it 10 out of 5.

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

beautiful view! the house has everything you need. for 8-9 adult people the inside place is maybe a little to small, but for the cheap price: perfect! the communication with Sladjana and Ivana was great. thank you :)

Bon séjour à Bar. Milica est très réactive et répond rapidement aux besoins de ses locataires. Le logement était spacieux. La salle de bain est plutôt humide. Les joints de la baignoire-douche sont à refaire: il y a eu des fuites durant le séjour. Nous avons été dépanné rapidement cependant pour la fin du séjour.

We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

An amazing host, and apartment, in a beautiful location ideally situated between Tivat and Kotor. Dusan and his mother, Mika, were so lovely, generous and exceptionally welcoming. We would not hesitate to come again!

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

We had a wonderful stay! The garden with the infinity pool and the stunning view are absolutely fantastic, truly the highlight of the property. Any small inconveniences we encountered didn’t matter in comparison. We rented the house for our larger family, and everyone had a great time. We would love to return and enjoy it all over again. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s beautiful property. We really enjoyed having the garden space to relax and having the hypermarket just next door made it really convenient. Mia is a really responsive and friendly host and gave us loads of recommendations to ensure we have a pleasant trip!

L'appartement de Branislav est très sympathique, avec un vu sur la mer très agréable. la plage est à quelques minutes à pied et c'est une très belle plage dans un endroit atypique lié à l'histoire du Monténégro. l'appartement est très propre, l'arrivée autonome c'est parfaitement déroulé avec des instructions très claire. Zarko's home is perfect. It has two spacious terraces, one at the front and one at the back. The high-ceilinged living room is filled with sunlight throughout the day, brightening up the entire space. In the garden, there’s a barbecue area nestled among the greenery. Right next to the house, there’s an organic market where we found gluten-free and natural products. Within walking distance, you can find large supermarkets, a pharmacy, beaches, cafes, bus stops, and restaurants. The location is convenient for accessing everywhere, and being directly on the main road made the house easy to find. It’s also wonderful to be able to see the sea from this bright home. We’d like to mention that the bed is new and extremely comfortable. The house is charming, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host, Zarko, was very helpful in every way—a wonderful host, friendly and communicative. We are very grateful to him for making our one-month stay feel like home.

Všechno vybavení bylo trochu starší, ale jelikož jsme kategorie, která si nepotrpí na luxus, tak pro nás bylo naprosto v pohodě. Navíc poloha je skvělá a s paddleboardem jsme objeli několik krásných pláží. Pěkné parkovací místo před terasou, ve stínu pod vinnou révou, kterou jsme mohli volně konzumovat. Za nás určitě doporučujeme.
