Maja and her family were amazing hosts. Ljuta is a beautiful quiet place to stay, whilst Kotor and surrounding areas are very easy to reach with ease if you have a hire car. The Loft was spotless and very spacious. The views from the balcony were stunning and great to catch the sunset. The private sun lounger area on the bay was the highlight of our stay, we spent hours here. Nearby Perast is worth a visit. Maja was also extremely helpful with our many questions. 100% will return again.

It was a pleasant stay. The apartment is super lovingly furnished and we were even put on cake😍 The stairs were our boss, because it looked quite ailing but kept it. All in all, the accommodation was pleasant. The car can park very relaxed on the property. Everything is great:)

Ivona was very responsive and friendly. Her place was clean and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere and find all that we needed. Also, we appreciated the washer-dryer! We loved everything about Kotor. Thank you so much for a great visit!

Mima and Marta’s place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Montenegro. The apartment layout is wonderful and all of the rooms have AC. The balcony is even larger than it looks on the photos and the location is really convenient as you can walk into Porto Montenegro which has lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The outdoor pool area in the apartment complex could do with a little work but we appreciate that is not the responsibility of the hosts. We would highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

Close to the beach lovely apartment

I stayed 4 weeks at Katarina’s flat. It’s very close to the beach, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the flat is well equipped for hot summer with AC as well as cooler nights in September. Orahovac is a quiet little village and well connected to other places in the bay by bus. Also with a car it’s possible to get quickly everywhere on the coast. I didn’t meet Katarina but her parents who are truly wonderful people. I can say my best Airbnb experience regarding interaction with the host. They made sure I had everything I needed during my long stay, offered to clean the flat weekly and brought me local cakes. Hvala puno!

Absolutely fantastic stay! This top-floor mezzanine apartment in Tivat exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable—just 10 minutes from the airport and literally a 1-minute stroll to the sea. The apartment itself is stylish, spotless, and beautifully laid out, with lots of natural light and a cozy, modern vibe. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the coast. What really made the stay exceptional was the host, Boris. He was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again—highly recommended for anyone visiting Tivat!

We rented an apartment in July 2021. The apartment is bright, spacious, equipped with amenities corresponds to the description (everything you need is available). It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea (with my children). The road goes downhill, the ascent is not steep, but still makes it difficult to travel during the hot period of the day. Although this is the only inconvenience. Nice beaches away from the descent to the sea, you need to go to the right or to the left about 150-200 m. Excellent service - transfer from/to the airport, I highly recommend it. Cheaper than taxis but much more convenient than bus. For a family of 4, transfer and bus will cost almost one price. Natalia is available and available for any question. I recommend this place.

Modern flat. Appointed with modern fixtures and fittings. Situated conveniently between Kotor and Perast. Near shops, restaurants. Good position but you will need to drive or get taxis. Pool was clean and well looked after. Host welcomed us, provided tour of flat and some local info. Modern spiral stairs with open risers to second floor might present difficulties for the very young or infirm. Super stay and loved our holiday.
