Holiday rentals with a pool in Montenegro

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful villa. The villa itself was absolutely perfect for an extended family holiday (6 adults and 1 toddler), with plenty of space and an amazing outdoor area with stunning views. The cot and high chair provided for our toddler were of very good quality (including a thick comfortable mattress in the cot). We would recommend you have a car if staying here, as it is a great base to see many of the sights of Montenegro. Marijana was a brilliant host and her communication with us was excellent, even arranging clean towels and linen during our stay. Thank you for hosting our holiday!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

Very nice host who gave us great recommendations for the area. We were therefore able to make a great trip even in one day with rain. The place was beautiful, a shop was not very far away and the pool overlooking the sea was really amazing. Absolutely recommended, we would always come back.

Staying at Niksa’s stunning apartment was an absolutely fantastic experience. Whether you're visiting for work or relaxation, this place truly has it all. The apartment was immaculately clean, offering all the modern amenities you could possibly need: fast and reliable WiFi for streaming or video calls, powerful AC, and excellent water pressure. The kitchen is also fully stocked with every utensil, perfect if you enjoy cooking. One of the highlights for us was the lovely swimming pool—a perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or just soak up the sun. The location is equally impressive—a mere 5-minute walk to a convenient supermarket and just 10 minutes to the harbor, perfect for leisurely strolls. My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

Great location and a great place to stay.

Ernad is a very enjoyable and cheerful host. The apartment is quietly located and offers a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. In addition, the apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped.

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks

Impeccable apartment very strict instructions... nice location

This was a fantastic apartment, with stunning views. We felt right at home! It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest access to the Bay of Kotor (small beach), with a beautiful promenade to walk along to reach old town. It will take around 40 minutes to leisurely walk to Kotor Old Town. There are steep hills to get to the apartment so I would recommend having a mode of transport or using the local taxis (which are great). Slobodan was a wonderful host, very responsive and great at giving local suggestions!

Quite possibly the best AirBnB experience we've had. Natacha and Nady went over and above; always available, always helpful. The apartment is beautifully decorated and and had everything we needed. As for the view; the pictures don't do it justice. The walk down to the old town is short if you take the steps (just before the Budva sign); we used the taxi numbers provided by Nady and Natacha for our taxis back up (all cost <€5). My boyfriend worked for the first week without Internet issues. An all round brilliant place to stay.
