Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Montévrain

Raphaël’s place was perfect for our vacation to visit Paris. We are 3 people, apartment is very spacious, very good location to go to Paris, using transportation. A lot of restaurants around, and grocery stores. Very clean apartment, very good communication with Raphaël, definitely we are coming again !!

Samy is a receptive and helpful host, the instructions provided for self check-in are clear. We found the place clean and functional complete with everything. The parking spot is also very convenient. To get to the RER station you have to walk about fifteen minutes but then you can easily get to the center and all the main attractions of the city. The area is residential and very peaceful

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment, it looked liked the photo's and was very clean. Was ample room for two people and had a nice private deck to sit on in the morning for breakfast and at the end of day to enjoy a glass of wine. There is a well stocked grocery store near by, and a few restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the bedding and towels were great. I've noticed some hosts are using polyester sheets and bedding lately which aren't all that comfortable and are hot to sleep in. Ludmila uses cotton bedding which were very comfortable. The apartment is about 40 minutes by train and metro to anywhere you want to go in Paris and the train station is directly across the street. Ludmila was very responsive and easy to deal with . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her apartment if you don't mind being a bit outside of Paris.

We spent a week in Paris and chose to stay in a quieter, yet lively neighborhood. The location was ideal, with metro stations and bus stops just a short walk away. While we did experience some minor issues with the heating and washing machine, our host was incredibly responsive and always quick to offer solutions. As we were out exploring the city most of the day, the apartment served as a cozy retreat in the evenings, and the open kitchen made for a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast each morning. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay here. The studio has everything you need and it's very easy to get into Paris from here. Fawzi is super nice and the communication was excellent.

Wow, what a stunning home with beautiful furnishings. We feel truly blessed that you have allowed us access to your fabulous home for the week. This is the very first time we have used Airbnb and what a fabulous way to start. We really wish we didn't have to head home. Huge thank you to Christine also for being such a warm and friendly host. Lovely tour round to let us know how to work appliances, where to find essentials and the guide book available. This was the perfect location for us as we could easily access Paris Centre, Disneyland Paris and the local area by car. Fabulous bakery, supermarkets and bistro cafe restaurants that are also within walking distance. The house was beautifully furnished and provided all essentials, soaps, dish washer tablets, toilet roll, towels, bed linen etc. We would highly recommend staying at this stunning property. Lovely cottage, neat and clean. The play set in the garden was great for the kids. Very welcoming and nice quiet neighborhood.

Perfect place to spend an night near Parc Asterix and Paris! Very cozy and clean, as is the same on the listing. On the very practical side, check-in is self-contained, without time constraints with all the complete explanations. Very good communication with Siham. Advise without hesitation!

Nice place to stay near the train as described in the listing. Boulangerie and supermarkets are within walking distance. There were five of us and we were very comfortable. The contact with Emilie and Nicolas was very nice, even a later checkout was not an issue. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation.

Great place to go into Paris, but you are clearly not yet in Paris. The house is calm in an acceptable neighbourhood. Well equipped, the oven is a special one, and you can have a lot of fun with friends there. Spacious outdoor, and many sleeping options, which provides a lot of flexibility.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights at the end of April (2 families with a total of 3 small children). Before arriving, we had some questions; the whole team always responded directly and supported us superbly. Also with the PassPass App. This allowed us to book a slightly earlier arrival and got all the information (such as the storage of the key, etc.) From the location, the house is ideal for visiting Disneyland (15 min by car) and to go to Paris (30 min by train). The only drawback for us...the house was a little clairvoyant and it could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise, we are completely satisfied and would fully recommend the house.

A really beatiful house, very large, perfect for 10 people or more. we were 3 families and there was enough space for everyone. All the home appliances are top level, and the beatiful living room is the heart of the house. unfortunately, because of the weather, we haven't used the garden but it is a great plus in summer time. Near train station (10') and many supermarkets. Absolutely raccomanded

Ha... Paris... so much magical place. Souad's apartment offers us a haven of calm and calm with this superb balcony facing the park. Spacious, lit ( or very dark with its blinds ) and located close to everything. Nice restaurant, market, fruit shop,wine shop, etc... a place at the top!!

Excellent stay in Christophe's place: very well located, in a quiet residence and close to all amenities. Completely as described and clean, we were able to fully enjoy our stay. Christophe, meanwhile, is a pleasant and responsive host, the directions for access are simple and understandable. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to trust Christophe again the next time we came.
