Holiday rentals with a patio in Montévrain

We had a great time at Hassina's place. She is very kind and the place is filled with little touches to make you feel at home. We highly recommend this place for two with a baby. Public transport is a 15-minute walk away in a very nice and secure neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at Justine's place, which met our needs perfectly. We love the neighbourhood and a bonus is that the apartment is very quiet. We had a small issue on arrival which was kindly compensated by Justine. Would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is great as it’s not far from Paris and very easy to reach the Louvre and other main attractions. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with a lovely garden which was especially convenient as I was traveling with my small dog. The neighborhood is nice with a fantastic bakery and a small grocery store nearby while larger supermarkets are about a 15–20 minute walk away. There’s also a pharmacy close by. The apartment has everything needed for a long stay and the host was very kind responsive and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay near Paris!

A pretty little apartment with good metro connections. Unfortunately, it borders areas that you shouldn't visit alone at night, which aren't really pretty either. But we had no problems with it. The apartment itself has everything you need and the host team is very attentive and friendly. We got an immediate answer to every question and also a few nice tips. On New Year's Eve we found a tray with a flower arrangement, champagne, glasses and Champomy (for children) in the apartment. That was very sweet. Directly in the building is a LIDL which was very convenient. Everyone who has ever been to Paris by car and looked for a parking space there will appreciate the apartment's own parking space in a closed parking garage. From our side, this apartment gets a positive recommendation.

We were looking for an immersive experience in a Parisian neighborhood to relax. The 20th arrondisement was suggested by a friend and this apartment stood out amongst many available. The Gambetta neighborhood where we were located is ergonomically endowed with supermarche, and excellent boulangerie, boucherie, poissoniere and fromage shops close by. Ezekiel has a talent for designing a comfortable, whimsical, and esthetically pleasing interior. Clean lines in the kitchen, and custom lighting and plumbing fixtures throughout. The book in the open concept living room /kitchen on Small Houses ties in the concept of maximizing space that Ezekiel has achieved here. We were so at home here that our usual habit of lingering all morning before setting out on exploring was the norm during the entire week of our stay. I enjoyed cooking at the apartment. An unforgettable stay at Sam's place! Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and a true sense of hospitality. Sam is an exceptional host: responsive, thoughtful, and always ready to help make the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was spotless – clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly as advertised (or even better!). We immediately feel at home there. The location is also great, whether for relaxing or exploring the surrounding area. Thanks Sam for a great experience! Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

We had the perfect stay for our family get away. Photos do not do this place justice, it is modern, specious and peaceful hideaway in a lovely little village. We especially enjoyed our morning trip to the local bakery each day for our freshly baked bread and to choose from the selection of cakes. It was ideal for our trip to Disneyland Paris as it was an easy 15 minute drive away and we loved the themed rooms, our daughter especially enjoyed the selection of soft toys around the place. Sabine was a brilliant host, she greeted us on arrival and gave us tips for the local area. We highly recommend this place and would love to return for another stay soon!

We rented this Airbnb to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and it was just perfect! The house is spacious, super well-equipped and very clean. We loved the large friendly living room, the ideal outdoor pergola to relax, and the many activities on site: billiards, foosball, ping pong… everyone enjoyed themselves! It was really the perfect place to have a great time with friends. Thanks again to the hosts for hosting, we recommend 100%!

Great stay chez Amane. Very well equipped and comfortable for our family of 4. Even some games and a garden with swing for the kids. Amane was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 recommended.

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

The apartment was neat and very nicely decorated. You felt like home. We were able to take the metro to downtown from there. There were free parking.

Wonderful! The apartment is as described and very comfortable (single mum, 2 kids 10&6). The apartment has everything you need. I ordered groceries via Uber eats as it was easier than dragging the kids out to the shops and that was very easy. Getting to Disney was 12 euros in a taxi, again you can do the bus but I wanted to save our legs for Disney! We went into Paris, again this was easy we took an uber to the Disney station (12 euro) and then the RER train. The instructions were really clear for check in and out and Lara was only a what’s app message away if I needed to ask anything. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t definitely come again.

A great base for our trip to DLP. Being away from the park and having the option to cook or eat out a great advantage. A fresh and new feel to this area on the outskirts of Paris. Easy to find by car. The flat itself is secure and clean. Beds were comfy and it was really quiet.

The apartment is distributed on two floors, is quietly located in a well-kept secluded residential complex. Beautiful terrace with garden, shade-giving trees. Everything you need to cook for yourself. Easy and fast by metro in the center. Shopping within walking distance. Super service from Yasmina with team: prompt response and very helpful and supportive. Value for money is very fine. All in all highly recommended!

We had a great time at Lola's house and will definitely come back if we come to Gagny! Very responsive to our needs and flexible!
