This cozy house, located in a calm and relaxing village, completely renovated with quality materials, is adapted for couples and families with kids. Located near the Marne river, 20min from DISNEY and airport, 5min from the SNCF train station linking PARIS center, the house have all equipment to past a nice moment. As we are in a small village, a car is highly recommended ! We live next door and offer you an exclusive access to the swimming pool (between May to Sept) and Jacuzzi (all the year)

A RER E station, 2 bus stops (within 3-minute walk). Gare de Lyon/ Gare St Lazare: 30mins by RER. Disneyland/ La Vallée Village: 20mins by car; 35-50mins by RER. 30-35mins by RER to Center Paris(eg. Opéra, Musée du Parfum, Galeries Lafayette/ Printemps on Boulevard Haussmann). Vaires-sur-Marne: 10mins by car.

Ideally located, 10 min walk to shops and Vaires-Torcy train station. Visit Paris (20 min by train via line P), Disneyland (20 min via A4), the Olympic nautical stadium which will host the 2024 Olympics (4 min by car) and the whole of Ile de France and make sure you enjoy it! The house is located in a very quiet area. Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix are a 25-minute drive away. Paris is within a 30-minute drive, with quick access to the highway. You will find a supermarket, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to get to Paris in less than 40 minutes, a bus passes in front of the house and will drop you off at Villeparisis station to reach Paris by train. Festive events prohibited.
