We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our cottage. Guests can enjoy an independent garden and a (non-heated) swimming pool open in summer (end of May-beginning of September). With a capacity of 8 travelers, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of car racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from Boulerie Jump).

30 m2 accommodation on the ground floor, located in the attic of a small residence in a quiet area. It has an equipped kitchen, living room with TV, bedroom area with double bed, bathroom with large corner bathtub. Close to the train station (15-min walk), bus 150 m away (line 16). Close to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and its museum (10-min drive). Close to shops and a large public garden. Numerous free street parking spaces. Linens and towels are provided.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!
