Coucou Cottage, cute holiday home + private pool

Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

L'emplacement du gîte mandraud 5 hectares clôturé situation campagne avec le village accessible à pied vous trouverez tous les commerces Bar resto épicerie journaux tabac pharmacie médecin produits locaux ect... De la piscine accès direct au boulodrome ... poulailler et potager..chemin pédestre autour de la propriété..nous sommes sur place pour prestations et renseignement.
