Welcome to our cozy home 700 m from the Loire, 6 km from Saint Florent le Vieil. The interior of the house is cozy and the garden is very pleasant for summer evenings. Long walks by the Loire will make you happy! The guinguette is back on the banks of the Loire in Montrelais, super nice, small restaurant, music, in season, small concerts; It is arranged like a cocoon with carpets and old sofas, small lamps, very pleasant to have a good time!

25 minutes Puy du Fou/House facing Tiffauges Castle

You will live in a protected riverside environment. The many and varied exteriors of the place have a small air of Provence (terraces, garden with access to the river or not if you have small children). The house (120 m²) stays cool in summer and is pleasantly heated in winter. Here’s what to know: 1-I live in the house when I'm not renting it. My personal belongings therefore remain present .2--Access is via a narrow alley.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
