Mezzanine studio of 27 m2 for 4 people. Located on the 3rd and top floor, Chavonnes Hautes district. The apartment is very close to the slopes (approx. 100M from Roche Noire) and skiing is possible in winter depending on snow conditions. The view from the balcony is magnificent and the sunsets unforgettable. Quiet assured (little traffic). The Club des Galopins is about 150 meters away like the ESF. Center station 3 minute walk.

Independent apartment of 34 m2 on the ground floor of a renovated chalet, in hamlet near the station La Rosière 1850 Espace San Bernado. In summer many hikes of all levels in France and Italy, and for some from the chalet - Tourism in the surroundings and in Valle d 'Aosta by the Petit Saint Bernard pass.
