Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio space NO cleaning fees! The low price for a night is 1 person stays are most common here. Super quiet and clean space. This is a contactless stay. Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.

Safe neighborhood with a private entrance. 15 min from the airport & downtown SLC. We have young kids, so expect some daytime noise, stomps & play. They settle by 9 PM.
