Hiking from the front door, suspension bridge Skywalk & summer toboggan run within walking distance, skiing in winter. The apartment is wonderfully located in nature and offers a great panorama. Perfect for quiet time for two or mountain adventures with children. The property is accessible by car (free parking available) or via mountain railway/hiking trail. In winter, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle or chains.

Peace, privacy and a breathtaking mountain backdrop await you at this feel-good place. Construction, age and history make up its special charisma. The whole house is well maintained, but old. The age makes the charm, but also brings a scratch here, a speck of dust there, some flaky paint and recurring cobwebs. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.

Centrally located for excursions (Sattel-Hochstuckli, Stoos, Rigi and Rothenfluh can be reached in a few minutes by car). A car is an advantage. Beautiful 1.5 room apartment on a farm with lake and mountain views. In summer, it is an ideal starting point for a beautiful hike, bike tour or to relax on the terrace. In winter, you can get on the cross-country ski trail right on the doorstep, and the Hoch-Ybrig ski resort can also be reached in about 12 minutes by car or 21 minutes by bus. Storage room for bicycle and ski included.
