By vehicle: 1 hour from Paris – 1 hour from Orléans – 1 hour from Chartres Parties, evening events and gatherings are not permitted. Persons not named in the rental agreement are not permitted to stay.

Parties/professional photos/ceremonies and pets are not allowed. For our insurance, the number of people must match the booking.

Colombier transformed into a duplex studio located inside a 17th century property of nearly 2 hectares in the heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 duplex rooms of 18 m2 (beware of many steps): on the 1st floor, living room with a kitchen, sofa, TV; upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Access to part of the park of the property with a relaxation area equipped for eating and lounging.

Many tours and walks possible around the house: Gatinais Park, Château de Chamarande, Milly-la-Forêt, Cerny Airfield.
