This new, detached house with private access 24 hours a day. Linens and towels are provided. Featuring a private terrace accessible from one of the bedrooms, a living room is also available, complete with a fitted kitchen, sofa and television. The rooms are air-conditioned and the peace is permanent. Fenced garden. By vehicle: 1 hour from Paris – 1 hour from Orléans – 1 hour from Chartres Parties, evening events and gatherings are not permitted. Persons not named in the rental agreement are not permitted to stay.
