The entire flat underwent a complete energy-efficiency renovation at the end of 2025; the bathroom is new. Tip: From here, Messe Köln is on the ‘right’ side of the Rhine. Journey time to the trade fair: approximately 40 minutes. Good to know: Our cosy half-timbered house is 200 years old, so the ceiling height is correspondingly low at two metres. Part of the garden is fenced off.
