From the terrace there is a wonderful 180° view of the church and surrounding mountains (Sauwand, Triebein, Zellerhut, Gemeindealpe, Ötscher). Behind the house, there is an adjoining meadow and forest. Distance to the basilica is about 300 m. The center, shopping and the elevator are within walking distance. A wide range of leisure activities. A floor of the house is rented out, including terrace with southwest view, breakfast area and beach chair for your own use. Parking below the house is free of charge. Artist accommodation.

An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, woodland and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be staying surrounded by nature, with maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm, which I run according to permaculture principles. In the meadows, there are deer, chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

Wasser direkt aus einer Waldquelle. Das sonnendurchflutete Holzhaus wurde 2018 gebaut, grenzt direkt an einen Wald an und befindet sich entlang des österreichischen Jakobsweges. Besonders freuen wir uns über Menschen die einen Zugang zu Spiritualität haben. Für die Praxis stehen Meditationskissen und Yogamatten bereit.

Floor cooling! A unique designer ensemble – directly above an old hydroelectric power plant that is still in operation. A lot of space, for people who need it a little more spacious...it was the "Obere Mühle" of Oberndorf. 1st floor - large space with 90m2 for diverse and creative use with table tennis. 2nd floor – living space with kitchen, dining table, sofa corner, bathroom 3rd floor - a space for tranquillity Day bookings, retreats, etc. are also available on request.

In winter, the nearby ski resorts of Mönichkirchen, St. Corona, Semmering, Stuhleck are suitable for skiing or snowboarding.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
