Welcome to the Forest Home! Our property is located at almost 1,000 metres above sea level, on the edge of the forest in the Semmering health resort. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen, covering a total area of about 340 m². Large fenced garden and forest with a terrace and barbecue facilities. Affordable shuttle to the train station and all the important places in the area. The nearest ski area (with ample parking) is 5 km away. We have a well-equipped playroom for children.

The cosy accommodation is an ideal location for hiking and skiing, for relaxing or for working from home when the summer gets too hot in the city! Shops, an inn, a bus stop, a train station and the Stuhleck ski resort are only a few hundred metres away. Right by the Semmering Railway World Heritage Site, 100 km from both Vienna and Graz. Many excursion destinations can be reached in an hour by car: Lake Neusiedl, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax and Schneeberg for hiking, and much more.

We rent out our fantastic and quietly located holiday home on the Semmering in a green oasis of well-being. The Zauberberg ski resort is just a 10-minute walk away. The Stuhleck, with around 26 kilometres of slopes, is 5 minutes away by car. The house has a balcony and a south-facing garden with a unique panoramic view. Enjoy the ski slopes in winter and the beautiful nature and hiking trails in summer. PS: Tourist tax of €2.50/day extra.

One-Hour Mariazell with Sauna & Jacuzzi

The family-friendly apartment is located on the first floor of a new residential complex in the St. Sebastian district. Within walking distance you will find both the Bürgeralpe ski slope and ski school (approx. 3 minutes), as well as shopping (Spar, Billa). In about 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lake Erlauf (by car). The center of Mariazell with its beautiful basilica and some shops can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot.
