An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, woodland and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you’ll be living in the heart of nature – with maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm, which I run according to permaculture principles. In the meadows, there are deer, chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We created this space so that we can share it with you, to spend time in our homely designed rooms and enjoy the peace around nature in the large natural garden. There are 5 separate beds ( 1 double and 3 single) + a large sleeping Sofa in 2.5 seperate rooms. One room is 2 in one with a walk-through. We have a FULL KITCHEN with dining, microwave, fridge, dish washer &dishes etc. There is a grilling space outside if the weather is good.

The historic building is used entirely by you, a completely fenced garden, views of the Ötscher and the reservoir and bathing lake Wienerbruck included. And the picturesque Mariazell railway stops about every 2 hours right outside the door, and only during the day - at night it is heavenly quiet. Start directly in the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park or by train to Mariazell

Renovated old-building studio with 30 m², located right in the heart of Stein. The apartment faces the Danube, so you get a beautiful river view from both the kitchen and the bedroom. Because the apartment is directly on the riverside road, it can be busy and a bit loud during the day. At night, it becomes quiet. The building also shares the same house as Café Wachau, and the Rathaus is just a few steps away. Perfect for guests who want charm, history, and a real Danube experience.

We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

Cozy vacation home on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and a hot tub for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideal for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, completely fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with dogs. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

Free-roaming animals. No running drinking water in the house, washbasin outside the house with spring water. Toilet outside. Outdoor granite stone trough with hand pump. Heated by wood stove. Small electric hob, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and fridge. Approx. November - approx. March the well and washing area cannot be used - no running water inside or outside. At this time of year we provide drinking water free of charge.
