Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

Cape Town at its best!

My homely one bedroom apartment is not modern, but it is clean and comfortable. It is on the beach road looking out towards Robben Island where you can see dolphins and if you're lucky, a whale or two. It is an easy walk to the V&A Waterfront (1,5km) and trendy restaurants as well as being on the MyCiti and City Sightseeing bus routes. It is close to the buzzing city, the Cape Town stadium and spectacular beaches! If you're looking for a modern hotel-like experience, my apartment is not for you.

We welcome you to enjoy our lovely modern and chic apartment in by the sea with amazing views towards Signal Hill and Lions Head. Enjoy walks on the promenade or stroll to Green Point park. This apartment feels light & spacious with a wonderful flow from with open plan kitchen and living area. There are great restaurants and coffee shops, The V&A Waterfront, Oranjezicht Market within walking distance. *If you are sensitive to noice, please bring your ear plugs. *Affected by power cuts.
