Hot pot in winter, natural pool in summer and sauna in the neighboring house. In the surrounding area there is an idyllic lake as well as numerous opportunities for excursions and activities. Horseback riding for children and adults on request. In the log cabin apartment you will find peace, relaxation, security with a view of the countryside. Dogs are welcome.

Alpine hut on the young Rhine

This unusual and cozy hut is located on the Via Prau Mulins in Tschamut, at an altitude of approx. 1650 meters at the foot of the Oberalp Pass and at the source of the young Rhine. The hut can be reached directly by car and it only takes a few minutes to get to the MGB train station on foot. Our hut is a suitable starting point for ski touring (e.g. on the Pazolastock, Badus, Cavaradi, Mahler, etc.) Hiking and mountaineering or to prove your golf game on the nearby golf course.

The farmhouse, an ideal place to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the quiet of alpine nature, is an excellent base for bouldering in Chironico, Cresciano and climbing in Sobrio, as well as a perfect starting point for wonderful excursions on foot, by bicycle and winter sports.

Spend relaxing days in the "Cortinella - Alpine Hideaway", a simply furnished chalet up to 6 people, which nevertheless offers you all the comforts you expect from a home in the mountains. The property is located in the agricultural zone away from any civilisation. The car park is about a 20-minute walk from the house. A driving licence to the property can be purchased. In snowy conditions, access is only possible on foot (with snowshoes).

A place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Maiensäss REFUGI in Con Sut / Val Sumvitg for rent on a weekly basis. The Maiensäss can be reached by car up to about 500 m. (Driving permit must be obtained.) From the hamlet of Val it is about 45-minute walk away. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The Maiensäss can be rented weekly. Individual requests are also possible.
