This gîte has stacks of charm and provides you with a light and spacious open plan living area. On the ground floor you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, comfy sofas and dining area. The gite is surrounded by six stunning acres of private grounds made up of lawns, box topiary and cultivated beds bursting with colourful shrubs and pockets of wooded shade. British owners Peter and Tom welcome groups of up to six people. There is also potential to accommodate an additional two guests (plus child) in an adjoining room with private bathroom. 'Cosy', warm and rustic, renovated with eco-friendly materials, it is 150 meters from the parking lot at the end of a small winding and steep path. The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
