Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, consiglio vivamente a tutte le persone che volessero venire in questa bella isola di soggiornare nell’ appartamento di Evelyn e George. La posizione è comodissima per raggiungere Zakinthos e vari punti strategici in macchina, e allo stesso tempo isolata da qualsiasi tipo di rumore che non sia quello della natura circostante. La casa in sè è fedelissima alle fotografie che trovate nell’ annuncio. La pulizia impeccabile effettuata ogni tre giorni da una signora che devo ringraziare ancora per il lavoro svolto. Evelyn, che ho avuto il piacere di conoscere è stata una ospitante cortese e puntuale oltre che una donna con un fascino fermo nel tempo.

Byliśmy u Avgeris & Lily przez tydzień. To był wspaniały pobyt. Spokojna okolica, 2 minuty od niezaludnionej plaży, gdzie są wspaniale warunki do snoorkowania. i obok restauracja z pysznymi daniami i wspaniałym widokiem na morze. Ale to wszystko to tylko dopełnienie niesamowitych właścicieli , którzy urzekli nas swoją gościnnością . Pomogli nam we wszystkim czego potrzebowaliśmy- wynajem samochodu, zamowienie taksówki. Lili na początek naszego przyjazdu nawet zaopatrzyła nasz apartament w świeże warzywa chleb. Apartament z widokiem na morze posiadał wszystko co niezbędne. Poza tym była to wyjątkowa okazja aby przekonać się jak mieszkają Grecy na Zakynthos. Nasze mieszkanie było na piętrze poniżej w tym samym domu mieszkali właściciele .Mieliśmy wylot późno wieczorem,a doba hotelowa kończy się przed południem. Mimo to właściciele zgodzili się ,abyśmy mogli zostać dłużej DZIĘKUJEMY! POLECAM GORĄCO,!

The host was responsive and helpful. The place was unbelievably clean. The location is amazing. You may find locations as good but you will not find one better in Zante/Zakynthos Town. I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, location, and especially the hosts.

It’s an unforgettable time in Zakynthos, Myreen is a very nice host, she gives us lots of tips, reply very quickly when we message her. It’s a wonderful place for tourists, modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, two baths room which very convenient to a big family, and what the children like best is the lusury swimming pool, they have lots of wonderful time there, they will keep this beautiful memories for their whole life. Thanks a lot!

I stay in a lot of Airbnbs and Spyros is a standout host - extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The place is fantastic with a beautiful balcony that has a sea and Mountain View and hammock. The apartment is private and quiet but in the center of town, two blocks off the Main Street and four blocks from the harbor. The kitchen is well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. I love this place and recommend it!

Een mooi appartement op een rustig plekje in Sami. Het heeft alle benodigdheden en een fijn balkon.

Mirka is so kind, always with a smile on her face! Her apartment is just like we see on the site, with everything we need to feel like we were at home. House cleaning and change of sheets and towels every other day - that’s a plus!!! A walk distance to restaurants and market. Central localization in the island, easy to go everywhere!! We thoroughly recommend this accomodation! We will surely be back many more times!!! Thanks Mirka!!!

The apartment was very beautiful and clean just like the photos. Spyros was always available if necessary and welcomed us so friendly. The location was perfect- directly at the port and the ocean as well as restaurants and bars. We‘ve got some recommendations for the best places to eat by Spyros which was very nice!! We had such a great time and can only recommend the apartment. We would love to come back especially to the apartment.:)

We had a wonderful stay at Lorraine’s apartments. The accommodation is set back away from lourdata but only a 5 min drive, absolutely worth it for the incredible view over the bay. We stayed in room 3 which was a great size, large bed, clean bathroom, soft towels, well equipped and had a lovely big balcony. The pool was a wonderful addition (new for 2024 I believe) and much needed after a hot day exploring or at the beach. On our last night we also made use of the bbq, a wonderful setting to enjoy wine and a late dinner watching the sunset. Although the pool is shared with the other apartments it still felt private and quiet, there was nobody else in the pool when we used it. I think the accommodation is good for couples/ solo travellers as it had a boutique feel and slightly away from the town (car needed). Lovely homemade items were much appreciated. We would absolutely return. Thank you x

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The rooms were far more spacious than we expected and the views were incredible - we certainly enjoyed the sun beds! The apartment is in a good location, very close in walking distance to all the shops and seafront. Spyros was very friendly and gave us many helpful recommendations, leaving us a bottle of local wine to try which was very generous. I cannot recommend the restaurant Stathmos enough if you are looking for traditional Greek cuisine, and there was a lovely local bar called 34 just down the street. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment - the perfect location for a relaxing holiday!

Tolle Unterkunft, etwas abseits gelegen - aber genau das schafft die erwünschte Ruhe. Super gepflegter Pool, gute Ausstattung des Apartments, alles sehr sauber und in tadellosem Zustand. Kommunikation mit Spiridoula lief schnell und unkompliziert. Daumen hoch - definitive Weiterempfehlung!

Logement tres propre, tres bien situé et hote tres sympathique et disponible. Je recommande fortement!Le seul point à ameliorer reste le confort dzs meubles (lit,canapé).

Prettige en vriendelijke ontvangst. De eigenaar is heel behulpzaam, neemt regelmatig even contact op. Meerdere keren is er schoongemaakt. Geweldig mooi uitzicht. Hier zouden we nog wel eens naar terug willen komen.

πολύ καλός και άνετος χώρος για οικογένειες,οργανωμένο σπίτι είχε τα πάντα για να μπορείς να μαγειρέψεις. Η κουζίνα πεντακάθαρη όπως και όλο το σπίτι. άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι με στρώμα πολύ καλό και κρεβάτι καναπές που και αυτό με ένα στρώμα γινόταν πολύ άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι. Η πισίνα πολύ καθαρή και οργανωμένη δίπλα ακριβός από το σπίτι. πάρκιν για το αυτοκίνητο έξω από το σπίτι. Σε πολλή μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια έχει φούρνο και καφέ. Γενικά αξίζει τα χρήματα του με το παραπάνω!

Een met de natuur! We waren de enige in de vier units dus totale privacy half april. Het weer was koud en ook met regen en de pool 8 graden maar daar zo alleen zijn maakt het je geld wel waard. Mooie plek voor speciale omstandigheden! Toen de buren kwamen de laatste ochtend vond ik het gelijk wel gehorig. En Vaios was een geweldige gastheer, dankjewel Vaios!

Comment parler de cet appartement si unique ? Il se situe dans un quartier calme et résidentiel d’Argostoli, au 3ème et dernier étage d’un petit immeuble. On se sent tout de suite bien dans ce cocon, comme chez soi. La décoration est soignée et incroyable, les prestations haut de gamme. La terrasse propose une vue à couper le souffle, avec en prime le jacuzzi. La terrasse est équipée et permet de prendre son petit-déjeuner au soleil ou de dîner avec la vue de nuit sur la baie, ses lumières et ses bateaux. Avec pour seul bruit les piaillements des oiseaux. Gerasimos est accueillant, gentil, prévenant : c’est un hôte en or ! Merci encore, nous avons passé un séjour de rêve ! L’appartement permet de visiter facilement la partie ouest de l’île. On recommande de passer 3 nuits dans cet appartement incroyable pour avoir le temps d’en profiter pleinement !

Ani è un host molto comprtente, la struttura dove abbiamo alloggiato è un piccolo angolo di pace a due passi da spiagge meravigliose. Se avete desiderio di venire ad Itaca vale la pena soggiornare da lei!

Siamo stati benissimo: appartamento molto grande, comodo, pulito e dotato di tutto. Dalle vetrate si gode una bellissima vista mare. Zona tranquilla e vicina alla spiaggia di Alykes. Da lì ci siamo spostati agevolmente per visitare tutta l’isola. Dimitris è stato davvero sempre estremamente disponibile e attento alle nostre necessità, la mamma ci ha fatto provare alcuni dolci tipici fatti da lei per noi e davvero ottimi. Lo consigliamo a tutti quelli che desiderano stare BENE a Zante e godersi la vacanza!

Markos was a really excellent host! Went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even ordered a child’s bike seat and helmet before our arrival so we could use it for our son on their e bikes! The apartment was even better than the pictures, so clean, had everything we needed for our week stay and very comfy big bed! The location of the apartment was ideal for us we were able to take a 15/20 minute walk into the main town and could also walk to two nearby beaches. Would definitely stay at this apartment again!

We are 4-member family and we stayed at Katerina's appartment, in order to explore Kefalonia island. It's located in Karavados village, a small village about 15min from city of Argostoli. Several beaches are about 10-20min away, and market is about 7-8 minutes away. The appartment was very clean and well equipped. Katerina was always available to respond in our requests when needed. There's space outside the appartment, that can be used as parking, and the place around the appartment is very quite.
