Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The apartment is within a three-minute walk of downtown. Private parking spaces are available. Supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute walk. A bakery is about 100 m away. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area but central. The entrance to the garden is via a terrace door. A self-service laundry and dry cleaning is about 100 m away (Alter Blobach 2). Opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 10 pm.
