Our beautiful, bright vacation apartment was completed in 2017. If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility near the lake (beach and view), you are in the right place in Litzelstetten. A large living-dining area and a bedroom with a double bed invite you to relax. The apartment is fully equipped with oak parquet and has a fully equipped kitchen including oven, refrigerator, coffee machine (Senseo) and dishwasher. In addition, there is of course a bathroom with shower and toilet.

In summer you paddle off directly from the property by canoe or SUP, sunbathe and grill while the sun sinks into the lake. Our cosy apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break outside the hectic city. A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot into the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. From here, you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.
