the accommodation is as described. it is clean and well-equipped. however there is a fairly strong smell of cigarettes. the communication was very good, the feedback is quick and the explanations very clear.

Recurrent visitor to Eva's place since early 2022. Perfect for one or two people. Not too big, but well laid out. Bedroom windows look towards a nice and green (in Spring and Summer) internal yard. In Winter and Fall, still beautiful and well isolated. Kitchen looks towards a side street. Extremely quiet place. Köln-Mühlheim train station is located 5 minutes away on foot. The neighborhood is highly diverse, with plenty of places in all price ranges and culinary cultures nearby. Lots of local public transportation (buses, trams, subways and local and regional trains) quickly available, takes you downtown in a few minutes. Eva Mercedes answers quickly. Will always return.

We loved staying in this AirBnB. It was so, so quiet, clean and comfortable. It looks even better than the photos! The garden was lovely too. We stayed with our 2 year old who loved playing outside after a day exploring! The shower is amazing, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need! The train is an easy five minute walk from the house and you can be at the Cologne cathedral in 15 min or less! We highly recommend staying here if you visit Cologne. It’s so nice to have such a quiet, relaxing place to return to after a day of being in the city. Last, but not least - the hosts are amazing. They are kind, friendly, and welcoming people. We loved meeting them and hope to return one day!

We had a lovely stay at Jasmine's apartment! Everything was very clean, well maintained and it smelled wonderfully fresh – we felt really comfortable right from the beginning. The communication with Jasmin was super friendly and straightforward. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the place!
