Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Our newly renovated apartment has its own entrance. It is bright and cozy. The kitchen is complete: fridge with freezer compartment, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster. We provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, kitchen towels and dishwashing liquid. The bathroom is equipped with soap, shower bath, shampoo, toilet paper, cotton pads, ear cleaner, towels and hair dryer.

The 65 sqm apartment is about 10 minutes walk to the main train station, the city center and the green areas on the Ruhr. The tram or U-Bahn [subway] stops can be reached in about 3-4 minutes on foot. The apartment has everything you need and is great for solo travelers, couples, families with max. 2 children, trade fair visitors in Essen & Düsseldorf as well as business travelers.

Room 3, with the sofa bed, is a walk-through room.
