Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. This great 85 sqm apartment is fully furnished and newly renovated. It is located on the 3rd floor. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Nearby is a playground, a bakery right across the street. Right in front of the house is a bus stop. The walk to the nearest train station is about 7 minutes long. There you will also find Rewe, Aldi, etc. The secondary cities are Oberhausen/Mülheim. The Centro is 5 minutes by car.

Hospitality is very important to us! Our cozy and personal apartment is ideal for a short or longer stay in our diverse Mülheim and the surrounding area. Very good infrastructure due to the central location in the Ruhr area. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair city of Essen can be reached in 15/20 minutes! The Max Planck Institute is a 5-minute walk, as is the forest and the Ruhr! There are many excursion destinations for all ages!

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.
