This cozy 16m² room features an individual en-suite bathroom, a sitting area/desk, and a private 18m² terrace, offering the charm of an attic-style room. The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. Close to Le Mans, ideal place for families with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stop on the way to the holidays. 10 min from the A11 exit, 20 min from the 24h circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking in the property. For stays of 3 nights or more, a microwave oven and access to a refrigerator can be provided on request

The priory washhouse

In the heart of the Sarthe Perche in Sceaux sur Huisne, a water town in Roman times, behind the church with its very special bell tower, is the washhouse of "the priory farm". This small building and its basin fed by a spring are part of a very preserved and green space. A hundred meters below are the remains of the Gallo-Roman baths. The room was installed in an old washhouse dating from the 15th century, so we offer you a night "on the waterfront".
