Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. 5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
