The appartment is located at Dreispitz in Basel. The tram only takes 7 minutes to the main station which is very central in the city. You will find a bakery in the building to get breakfast. Groceries stores are only 1 tram stop or 5 minutes walk away. The appartments highlight is the surrounding balconys. You can see Basel and surroundings. There is also a very big rooftop terasse which can be used for bbq. Incuded is also a indoor parking spot which can be used free of charge at your own risk

A cozy, and bright 3-room apartment with a balcony in a peaceful area of Basel, it's an ideal place for business travelers and tourists who like to discover the secrets of authentic Basel and Switzerland. River Birs which is almost in front of the house is giving you an opportunity for a refreshing walk, jogging, swimming, sunbath, or BBQ. City center 10min by tram, 30 min by a walk along the wonderful river Rhine. St. Jakob 10min to walk. SBB train st. 15min with the tram.

Studio T&C - Where you feel comfortable!

The studio with its own entrance is located on the basement floor of a house in the "Seidentor" residential complex, with a total of 16 condominiums. It has a large window with overhead and outside light. The studio measures just under 20 m², has a sitting area (with sofa bed), a counter and a large double bed. It also has a wet area with its own shower, sink and toilet. There is no cooking facility, but it has a small fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker.

The two rooms are like a separate small apartment with bathroom and kitchenette, and are located on the 2nd floor of my house. So the guests have contact with me and my family, but can also be alone. You can enjoy the morning sun and the evening sun with views over the gardens. The apartment is also ideal if you need a temporary place to stay.
