You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a great holiday at Iva's place - her parents were heartful, always there to help us out, no matter if it was about ordering pizza or finding a way to get to the airport. The apartments are clean, well maintained, cozy and the location is simply perfect and quiet right at the beach. If we are coming back to Croatia one day - this will be our place to stay!

We spent an amazing few days at Renata’s apartment. Her mother welcomed us and gave us the keys, she’s the loveliest lady ever. The location of the apartment is excellent, the supermarket and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is even better in person than in pictures. We couldn’t recommend staying here more. Thank you for having us:)

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The villa is a peaceful retreat with stunning views that are truly breathtaking. We had a absolutely amazing holidays with my family of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 kids age of 4,8,11,11,15) All 4 The apartments are great and very clean with all necessary accessories (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge air conditioning and more). The accommodation is pretty spacious and comfortable with amazing Patio. What we loved is the fact that we were all together in one Villa but we all had own space too. 
 We also enjoyed spending time in the pool. Kids had the best time ever! 
 The nearest large supermarket is a 15 minute drive and closest beach 8 minutes drive. The contact with Eda and her husband is very good, they will help with everything. Such a lovely and kind people! 
 There were parking spaces in front of the villa too. 
 We had an amazing time and would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone! My all family had best time ever!

Great place! Very peaceful and has all the amenities

The place is just magical! Everything perfectly clean, Marina and Famielie are all super nice and warm! We got many tips for the area without asking. The beds are extremely comfortable and the highlight is definitely the sunset on the balcony, as well as the fantastic garden with fresh khaki, pomegranates and much more. We will be back for sure❤️❤️❤️

This is a beautiful place overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. Nice small beach about a 2 minute walk.

Klemntina and her mother are wonderful housts! We loved the big aprtment. The apartment was in a good area, close to the beach and city center.

The apartment was perfect for a quick getaway and pretty close to the harbour in order to enjoy the waterfront after a nice meal. Vedran was easy to communicate with and helped us out to get there when our ferry was cancelled in Cres. Hvala puno!

This is a great place to stay - clean, comfortable, and cozy, it has everything you will need with a fully working kitchen. The host was very friendly and available, and made sure we had all the information necessary upon arrival. The apartment has all the amenities described, was very cozy, and did not lack anything. The only difficulty might be with parking if you arrive by car, since Opatija has very few street parking spots available (if you plan to arrive by car, make sure to communicate this to the host, since he may help you upon arrival). Overall a great, comforting stay, and a well deserved 5 stars.

The accommodation felt bigger than the photos showed, it was very well furnished and very comfortable, it had all the amenities listed, the whole apartment was spotlessly clean and fresh. The apartment was in a great location, close to the beach, 5 minutes and a 10 minute walk to Rab harbour and Old Town, which could be walked by either the road, park or the lovely sea walk. Danica and her daughter Katarina made us very welcome, and gave us grapes from their vine and tomatoes from the vegetable garden. Katarina gave us recommendations for restaurants, beaches and local events. They were always available for any questions we had. The apartment was a great base for us to explore the island of Rab and always a joy to come back to relax on one of the 2 balconies or the air conditioned main room. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

A perfect base in a seaside resort. You are just outside the hustle and bustle, so sleep peacefully. But within walking distance of the boulevard. The apartment is sparkling clean, has neat amenities and air conditioning. Nothing to say. Mihaela received us personally and was most friendly.

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

Viktorija and her husband have always been very kind and welcoming. Beli is a village of the past and I fell in love with the second beach of the village, quiet and surrounded by nature. The place is thoughtfully furnished and very functional. The apartments are located in the highest house in the country just above the Pension Tramontana. My husband took a couple of dives and had a great time with Diving on the beach. If you want to eat at home, I recommend shopping at the Plodine di Cres before you arrive, but the small shop near the beach is still well-stocked.

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

Josip is a nice host, responds quickly, is friendly and very helpful. There is also a lot of privacy. The apartment is spacious, practical and is in a fantastic location with sea views. The beach is within walking distance, 10 minutes, with a height difference of about 50 meters. There are 2 cozy beach bars for a snack and a drink.

Rajko and his family were all really nice and friendly. They welcomed us with their home made rakija and were super friendly. Highly recommend.

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.

Ivana is a very friendly host, the apartman was perfect for us, in a quiet part of town. The beach is a few minutes' walk away, with a very long stretch of beach designed for bathing. There are grocery stores and excellent restaurants nearby. Overall, we are completely satisfied. We recommend it to everyone, the price-value ratio is impeccable.
