The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

The apartment also offers a small courtyard that is only used by you. So you can relax and sit in the courtyard after a long day of discoveries. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phoenix Lake offers many restaurants and bars.
