Tag hele familien med til denne fantastiske bolig. Det gamle dueslag er lige blevet fuldt renoveret, efter at tiden har stået stille i 35 år. Det var nemlig i slutningen af 80'erne, man stoppede med at bruge bygningen til duer og høns, og som idag står nyrenoveret af 80% genbrugs materialer, der skulle være smidt ud på byggepladser, men som istedet blev brugt til at bygge denne sjove lille bolig. Boligen ligger lige i centrum af Sjælland og øerne, med 1 lille times kørsel til bla. kbh.

5 minutters gang til tog og metro, lige rundt om hjørnet fra Meat packing district, udsigt over Sønder Boulevard hvor Københavnerne hænger ud. Der er et væld af fantastiske restauranter, caféer og barer lige rundt om hjørnet. To-værelses københavner-lejlighed, hyggeligt indrettet med masser af planter. Der er et soveværelse med dobbeltseng og udgang til altan. Spisestue samt køkken. Lejligheden ligger på fjerde sal, så der er masser af lys og altanen har sol hele eftermiddagen.

The apartment is 79m2 and offers big living room with sleeping sofa and 6 ppl dinning table, bedroom with double bed and kids room with full size bed. The backyard is private, whit toys and bikes for kids, as well garden furnitures and bbq. We are non-smoking family without pets. The apartment is quiet, and away from Main Street. It’s 10min with direct metro to airport and city center. It’s 12 min walking from the beach. Shops and restaurant near by.

The center 5 minutes. - The most trendy area in the city. - It is located in one of the most charming streets in the city. - Lively street, but yet fairly quiet in the apartment - The apartment is with high ceilings and lots and lots of light. - An apartment suitable for adults travelling with or without kids. Recommend mainly kids over 6 years though, due to stairs. We call it free exercise, though ; )

Holiday house only 50 meters from the beach

Welcome to this cozy and well maintained cottage on 55 m2 with 5 beds. The cottage has a south facing wooden terrace and a screened garden with plenty space for playing/relaxing. The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.

Beautiful & child-friendly townhouse with garden

In a cozy old garden colony area you find our house with lots of sun, ligt and possibilities for being inside, outside and in between. The house is very children/family friendly and there are lots of toys etc. for younger kids. - 7 min walk to subway - Small playground about 50 m. from our garden. - Theres a parking lot just next to the house where you can park for free. Be aware that the two children beds are 160 cm long.
