Quiet apartment and yet so close to the city center. Between the Hôtel de Région, the Loire and next to the CRAPA (sports course). Line 26 at 150 m takes you to Commerce, BusWay 5 at 300 m will take you to the station. The BEAULIEU shopping center 15 minutes walk, some shops nearby open on Sundays until 7 pm.
