Elle est équipée d'une piscine, d'un tennis, d'un étang et est entourée de bois. La maison n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (présence de marches et escaliers)

Quiet apartment and yet so close to the city center. Between the Hôtel de Région, the Loire and next to the CRAPA (sports course). Line 26 at 150 m takes you to Commerce, BusWay 5 at 300 m will take you to the station. The BEAULIEU shopping center 15 minutes walk, some shops nearby open on Sundays until 7 pm. And above all, the 50 m² apartment is very friendly, because you could invite (extension table, kitchen equipment, dishwasher, and beautiful terrace).
