Our island location necessitates a strict cancellation policy (ours mirrors the Nantucket Lodging Association's). Due to occasional weather related ferry/plane service interruptions, we highly recommend travel insurance (please see below for cancellation/travel insurance details). Six weeks prior to arrival, we will email you a list of our favorite restaurants with links to menus and reviews. For high season restaurant reservations, when possible, please contact us four to five weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to make your reservations. Our check-in time is normally 3 p.m. However if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is 11 a. m. All rooms have hair dryers and beach bags with towels, bottled water, and magazines. We are a non-smoking inn. Don't hesitate to contact us to help plan your visit to the island. The Alison Boylston Piazza House

Welcome to my home, a 200 year-old former whaling captain's home in the heart of historic Edgartown on Martha's Vineyard (not Nantucket). From here, every amenity - shops, beaches, harbor, restaurants, and night life - is accessible by foot or bicycle. No car needed. ***IMPORTANT***the price listed is for the main double guest room that has one queen-sized bed. There is an additional charge for the second, single room ($100). To book two separate beds you must specify 3 people in your party.

The three (3) King Deluxe rooms at our boutique Edgartown hotel can accommodate two total guests each. Varying from 245-280 square feet each, one is located on the second floor adjacent to The Richard and King Suites (great for groups traveling together). Each room offers a plush king bed, and each its own unique style and function. All of these rooms also offer a 43" LED Smart TV, a safe, blackout shades, and USB outlets, in addition to individually-controlled AC and free wireless internet.

Swimming off the back of the boat in this warm weather is a great way to cool off and start or end your day. The water is just cool enough to make it interesting and refreshing for the first few minutes! Then breakfast in the cockpit with a good pitcher of just pressed hot coffee, toasted bagels and croissants with jam and maybe some fruit on the side. Then off to shore to explore all Nantucket has to offer...a short launch ride lands you on Straight Wharf, the downtown marina and Main St.

The coziest rooms at our new Martha's Vineyard boutique hotel, The Edgartown Inn's two (2) queen rooms are located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate two guests each. These rooms offer all of the amenities of our others, at just a more petite size. Enjoy the quiet less traveled dirt lane one mile from historic Main Street . Bike paths around the corner lead to beaches, farms, and local brewery. We do have a very friendly cat, Annie Oakley, who spends some time indoors to say hello.
