Ground floor apartment, on a quiet street in the center of the village. Free parking 200 m away. Village located halfway between Narbonne and Carcassonne. Grocery store (bread depot), restaurant. 60 m² accommodation has a living room with non-convertible sofa and TNT TV area, a double bed bedroom, kitchen (dishwasher). Bathroom with shower, toilet, dressing room. Baby bed and folding bed for 1 person possible. We live on the first floor of this house. Pets not allowed. Bike or motorcycle storage.

Charming marina on the edge of a pond (near the sea)

This marina located on the island of fishermen on a peninsula offers a relaxing stay close to ponds and the sea for all the family. It is a 15-minute walk to the sea. In summer, the water area is superb. The weight room and relaxation area (sauna/hammam) are accessible with a magnetic card. At Christmas, a magical village will delight young and old! Independent studio in a village house. Pleasant studio of approximately 20 m². We offer a 140 cm bed, a bathroom, a newly fitted kitchen, a sitting area with two armchairs and coffee table for coffee, reading etc. Alignan is a small town ideally located 8 minutes from Pezenas, 20 minutes from Béziers, 20-25 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the highway and 45 minutes from Montpellier. The village has all amenities and is very active culturally.

Ideal for sports enthusiasts as well as for a nature break, the accommodation is located near the greenway, the Orb River and the canoe kayak base, in the heart of the magnificent Réals site. Comfortable new 20 m2 studio, adjoining our house, with its own private entrance as well as garden and terrace, it is composed of a well-equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, double bed 140 x 200, TV, and dining area. Many shops are nearby.
