We are local Nashvillians who for over 35 years have hosted students, artists, musicians and songwriters in our Historic Music Row home, Songbird House. Our upstairs apt, the Songbird Spot, is steps from Belmont University, moments to Vanderbilt, minutes to downtown, 1.5 miles from the convention center and in walking distance to 12 South, Downtown, Edgehill, Hillsboro Village and more, you won't find a better spot in all of Nashville!

East Nashville Cozy Cottage

My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.

Magical in winter! Soothe your soul with an unforgettable escape, surrounded by nature and suspended twenty feet above a babbling brook! Listen to the rushing water and the bamboo whispering in the breeze, take in a sunset, or wade in the creek below. We hope you’ll enjoy this unique covered bridge conversion, expanding from bank to bank with a 50-foot front deck. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.
