The modern 2-room apartment with a large kitchen-living room is located on the top floor in the new Klima Haus standard A-Nature. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Boraherd is a nice addition for hobby chefs. Bedroom is normally equipped with closet and double bed (160x200m). We chose the Emma mattress for better sleep. Modern bathroom. The apartment is under CIN IT021037C2D5KSVMUO registered.

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The gastronomy and shops are about 5 minutes by car, on foot in about 20 minutes. The large windows illuminate the premises and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!

You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the forecourt with original Lower Engadine flair. Our new apartment (vacation home) will be completed in mid-August 2024. It is ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, a dining table and a spacious kitchen. The bathroom has a double sink and a shower. The toilet is separate. There is also a beautiful private terrace with garden and sun loungers. Parking, ski storage with ski boot dryer free of charge at the property.

Life Arlberg! Welcome to the new family apartment house "Am Gehren" in Warth. The house is situated in a quite lonely surrounding near to an wild river. You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

The Kunz House ++Larsen Studio with private sauna++

Haus Kunz is located at the end of Imsterberg. Very quiet, high above the Inn Valley. Our Studio Larsen consists of a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, cozy sitting area, shower/toilet, a large terrace with sitting area and grill. Enjoy our new outdoor sauna with mountain panorama! For motorcycles, we have a garage!!!

Our young family with 2 children rent this new and modern 2 bedroom apartment in Vandans. Our house is beautiful, very quiet and located directly under the forest in the Vorarlberg Alps. Our guests can enjoy the wonderful view and tranquility of the forest from the large windows and from their private terrace with its own garden section.
