Our little house in the Sierra de Madrid is located on the outskirts of Cercedilla, just a 10-minute walk from the center of the village, in a very quiet area where there is hardly any traffic despite being so close to all services. Located next to the countryside to do all kinds of routes, from more comfortable and short ones such as "the water path" or more demanding and long ones such as the route to Siete Picos. It is an independent apartment that is located on the same property as the house.

Bus 30 meters away with direct connection to Navacerrada, Navacerrada port and Madrid.

A home with charm and modern design, with 3 bedrooms: 2 with a 1.50 bed and 1 with a double bed. It has 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with a dressing room. Everything is ready for you to live a few unique days. Private salt chlorination pool with thermal canvas, barbecue grill and air conditioning in all rooms for your maximum comfort.

Welcome to our home in El Espinar, between Ávila, Segovia and Madrid, and very close to the most beautiful landscapes of the Sierra Norte. Newly renovated, it is a comfortable and quiet place, ideal for telecommuting, spending a vacation or simply disconnecting for a few days. It has a large capacity barbecue, gas paella pan, jacuzzi, swimming pool, high-speed wifi, work area, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, chillout with sofa and sun loungers.
